High-Protein Cottage Cheese Bagels

 
 

These are SO easy, packed with protein, and quickly becoming my newest obsession

Ingredients (makes 4 bagels):

    •    1 cup cottage cheese

    •    1 cup all-purpose flour

    •    2 tsp baking powder

    •    Dash of salt

    •    Egg wash (or sub melted butter / olive oil)

    •    Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

    1.    Mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder + salt into a dough.

Tip: I like to blend the cottage cheese until smooth and then blend in the dry ingredients as well. I find that it makes the dough easier to shape.

    2.    Shape into 4 bagels + brush with egg wash (or butter/olive oil).

    3.    Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.

    4.    Bake at 375°F for 25–28 min until golden.
